Ron Paul has some good ideas, and live under him would be hard in the short term, but good in the long term. But, he also has some very questionable ideas, and his son scares the hell out of me.
While Ron Paul is first sane, second a realist, and third honest, There is still that small fringe element in his beliefs the bothers me. But I will say that for Obama to become a memorable president, he needs a huge dose of Ron.

It’s a endless circle of problems in the end. Sure you decrease tax deductions on the upper class and save money. Guess what happens? The upper class spend less money and stock prices goes down. Sure you cut subsidies to gas companies. So they raise gas prices. These are all temporary solutions. Unless you fix the fundamental problems and the broken system itself, we will not see better days.

Although I don’t agree with everything you said, good video Cenk. I definitely agree that it is a great idea to start ending subsidies for oil and gas companies. While they are at it, end subisdies for corn farmers too. If so, food companies might start making healthier products by using natural ingredients. No more high fructose corn syrup!
